The window of an old homestead, near Great Sand Dunes National Park, Colorado. The walls of this place were about a foot thick, to fight the cold (winter temperatures in the San Luis Valley regularly go to 30F below zero). Whoever lived here was really tough!

A winter fenceline late on a January afternoon near Walden, Colorado. As you might guess from the drifting, it's kind of a windy place!
