The changing leaves of a blueberry bush in Alaska, mid-August 2009.  Though this was one of the first bushes to turn, fall certainly comes early that far north.
Early on a cool summer morning, the insects are not too lively.  These guys were apparently snoozing with their heads in their favorite meal.  I suppose this is as close as they'll get to breakfast in bed.
