Clear Lake Basin, Colorado. One of those times that made me glad I have a view camera! I focused the camera such that the focal plane was lying right on top of the flowers, so they're as sharp and detailed at the bottom of the frame as they are two-thirds of the way in. The resolution of the film does a fine job of showing the droplets of rain on the plants in the foreground. I just love the feeling of abundant, prolific life that the mountains have in midsummer.
